How do I know if AI would actually help us?

We have 80 employees, no IT department. Does that work?

Especially then. Many of our approaches don't require in-house IT. We deploy tools your team can use directly and train them during the sprint.

What does it cost, and when does it pay off?

The orientation call is free. The AI Clarity Sprint starts at €1,000. Typical result: 2–5 hours less routine work per week per employee. Whether it pays off for you — we'll clarify in the intro call.

What happens to our data?

Data hosted in Germany. GDPR-compliant from day one. No US cloud without your explicit approval. Governance is part of every sprint, not an afterthought.

Fluxward is two people. Can you handle it?

Yes. Our sprints are deliberately focused. We don't work on ten projects at once, but on a few with full attention. That's not a disadvantage — it means your project doesn't end up in the junior pool.

We already had an AI workshop with a big consultancy. Why again?
