1. Overview

This website does not use Fluxward-managed tracking or marketing cookies. We currently do not load any first-party analytics or advertising technologies that require a classic cookie banner.

Two categories are relevant at the moment:

• local browser storage for technical convenience features
• possible third-party cookies only after an active user action on embedded content

2. Local browser storage

Theme switch

If you switch between light and dark mode, we store that preference locally in your browser via localStorage. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to Fluxward servers.

Purpose: keep the display consistent across page loads.
Legal basis: § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Privacy notice dismissal

If you dismiss the privacy notice at the bottom of the page, we store that choice locally in your browser via localStorage so the notice does not reappear on every visit.

Purpose: user-friendly and stable presentation.
Legal basis: § 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Embedded third-party content

Microsoft Outlook Bookings on the contact page

We do not load the Microsoft Bookings calendar automatically. It is only requested after you actively click "Load calendar" on the contact page. Until then, only a local placeholder is shown.

After your click, Microsoft may set its own cookies or similar technologies and process technical data such as IP address, browser information, or timestamps. We do not control these downstream technologies.

Purpose: scheduling and efficient call coordination.
Legal basis: your active consent under § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Analytics

Plausible Analytics

If Plausible Analytics is enabled, measurement is done without cookies and without persistent visitor profiles. Based on the provider's current documentation, Plausible works on a cookieless, aggregated basis.

5. What we do not currently use

• no Fluxward marketing cookies
• no retargeting
• no ad-network consent tooling
• no automatic loading of external calendars before user action

6. Settings and withdrawal

You can delete locally stored values at any time in your browser settings. Embedded third-party content such as Microsoft Bookings can also be reset there by clearing website data.
